Rachael specializes in helping growing families upsize strategically, whether that means maximizing equity on the sale of their current home or building a custom home designed for their next chapter. While she has deep expertise in new construction, her true niche is working with upsizing families who are ready for more space, better function, and a home that fits the life they are building.

Rachael and her husband Ryan live in West Des Moines with their son Grayson and their bernedoodle, Phoebe. In addition to her real estate career, she runs Grayson’s Gifts, a nonprofit dedicated to raising adoption funds for Central Iowa families.
